- Phase 1: Create printed piece tax receipt similar to current design (launched 2014) with passive messaging to sign up for Goodwill newsletters
- Include a “sign up for SGI Texts” on the piece to grow donations and retail subscribers to that program
- Create new auto response welcome emails for new sign-ups. Include success story right as part of a confirmation the thank you confirmation email.
- Create a special email sign up page with content thanking people for donating. Page visits are trackable to determine effectiveness of print piece.
